Blueshift.com is a customer engagement and marketing automation platform that leverages AI to help businesses connect with their customers across multiple channels.

This infographic is the first in a three-part series derived from From Fragmentation to Focus: The Future of Cross-Channel Marketing, an eBook which compiles key insights gathered from marketers through research conducted by Blueshift. The focus of this installment is Customer Retention.

The objective behind this asset was to create a visually compelling, easy-to-navigate piece that flows intuitively from panel to panel, using strategic imagery and clear text hierarchy. It was also designed with modularity in mind—allowing for effortless repurposing across social media and email channels.

This asset was featured across the Blueshift blog, organic social media, and email campaigns. Deliverables for this project included a downloadable PDF, a multi-panel social carousel, email assets, and standalone visual panels for future blog and content use.
