Blueshift.com is a customer engagement and marketing automation platform that leverages AI to help businesses connect with their customers across multiple channels.

This playbook is geared toward the personal finance vertical, with an objective to identify common problems in the industry and suggest effective solutions, while offering impactful campaign blueprints and creative ideas.

As the Senior Brand Designer at Blueshift, I developed the playbook from the ground up, typesetting all the copy and designing every blueprint illustration. My goal was to ensure that each page was both visually engaging and easy to absorb, with each blueprint offering a distinct and captivating design.

Assets for this project included PDF book, paid ads, organic social, email, and one-off illustrations for future blogs and written content.
